  2. PREPARING FOR A TEST • Studying should begin after first class • Complete homework • Review regularly • Take notes in class • If you do not understand….ask • Use review groups and support instruction (tutoring…if offered)

  3. PREPARING FOR A TEST • Choose a study group who is a serious as you are about the class and grades • Get sleep the night before • Eat before the test…this gives you energy • Avoid junk food • Arrive early

  4. PREPARING AFTER A TEST • Look over test carefully • Make sure you understand mistakes • If you do not understand ask • If test is reviewed…takes notes on questions you missed • Use test to study for exam (if cumulative class)
