  3. Phoenix/Independent Schools • Spreadsheets exported from schools MIS and sent to SCHOLAR • Manual files created • Schools update their MIS regularly and send updates to SCHOLAR • E1

  4. Automated email to SCHOLAR Unit from SEEMIS to advise updated data transfer completed.

  5. Secure Data transfer direct from SEEMIS to named drive on SCHOLAR unit server.

  6. Files manually transferred to Student and Staff folders on the server – ready to import in to the access database.

  8. Import data Create Output file and upload to our VLE.

  9. Updated spreadsheets emailed to our school contacts regularly.

  10. Student Spreadsheet (xls)

  11. AH books sent out in June. Top up delivery in Sept/Oct.
