  2. Moons and Rings • Jupiter has 63 moons • The first moon is lo has volcanoes • The second one is Europa you might find life in it • Galileo search Jupiter 8 years:1996-2003

  3. Atmosphere • Jupiter has pattern clouds and strong winds • It looks colorful because it’s made up of molecules • The winds are mostly formed

  4. Surface • Jupiter has vast inside the clouds there smog • Jupiter has a motion magnetosphere of Jupiter • Heat within Jupiter

  5. Magnetosphere • Jupiter’s magnetosphere is so big that the sun can fit it • Jupiter’s magnetosphere is very special • It’s bigger than the whole Solar System • It’s so big that Jupiter’s moons can fit it

  6. Size • Do you know how big Jupiter is? • It takes 318 Earths just to fit Jupiter • To Jupiter it weighs 142,800

  7. Great red spot • Did you know that Earth could fit right in the great red spot ? • Jupiter’s diameter is 88,700 miles • A little more bigger than Earth

  8. Jupiter’s Orbit • Jupiter is 5.2 farther than the sun to Earth • The average is 480,000,000 miles and from the sun it’s 778,330,000km from the sun • Do you want to how far Jupiter is from the sun? • It’s 815,700,000 miles from the sun

  9. Name & symbol • Jupiter name is after primary gods • it’s symbol is a 4

  10. Belts Zone • Jupiter gaseous surface • The winds can get up to 400 mph • And the wide band can get up to 620 k -ph

  11. Surface & red spot

  12. Winds • Can get up to about 400 miles per an hour • Storm winds can be 620 kilometers per an hour • Storms are light colored belts are called zone belts

  13. A day on Jupiter • It takes 9.8 Earth hours to revolve around it’s axis • It takes 11.86 Earth years to orbit the sun once • This is a Jovian year and day

  14. In side of Jupiter • The giant planets don’t have layers like the planets like Earth • The history is so different that it made more gas

  15. Comet hits Jupiter • When Jupiter got hit by a comet in July 6, 1994 • Six days before during July 6,1994 causing a huge fire ball in Jupiter’s atmosphere was visible from Earth

  16. Name of Roman/ Greek mythogy • Rotation of period about axis • Revolution of period about the sun • Tilt of axis • Surface of gravity • Distance across the great red spot
