  2. Overview of Updates for WCRS User Community There are new system updates for the creation and viewing of ERD’s & EAR’s within the WCRS system. They are summarized below and further described on the following slides for your reference. Please review now and see your local engineering change management group with any questions. • The user can now search on the Project number or Platform ID when selecting the Lead Platform field. (slide 3) • New Cost Responsibility options have been added to the ERD Request Page. (slide 3) • Create Reviewers comments will be captured on the Approval Page. • The Change Issue (CI) Response Page has been updated to enable greater functionality for the Creator and PRA. . Add Additional Approvers, Reassign Approvers, Complete Approvals, and send an FYI from the Response Page are new functions for these users. (slide 4) • Platform search provides all Parts, Documents, ERD’s, Deviations, GI’s, P&R’s etc., that have been processed. (slide 5) • Administrative Function: Program Managers and PRAs can create a new Platform by copying an existing Platform. (slide 6)

ERD Lead Platform Search on Project Number or Platform ID All help screens have been updated • ERD Search on Project Number or Platform ID • When searching for Lead Platform the user can also search by Project Number. Both fields will fill on ERD if available. • The Cost Responsibility field has been updated to include “TRW and Supplier and TRW and Customer”. The “Both” and “None” options have been eliminated. If there is no cost the User can choose the appropriate selection and type in “None” in the Cost field. • All ERD’s Request Page Help screens have been updated to reflect the new changes. • Note: A new Bar has been added to the bottom of the ERD Request Page called “TRACRS Linked”. This is in development for N.A. only at this time. If “Initiation Source” is Customer and “Cost Responsibility” is Customer or TRW and Customer, the document creator may attach TRACR documents). In development

Change Issue Response Page and Functionality • Change Issue Response Page • The Creator or PRA has the ability to “Add Approvers” by selecting the Link, typing in a portion of the new approver and using an “*” selecting the new approver and adding comment for that user. The comments will appear only on that users Task. • The Creator or PRA has the ability to “Reassign” an approver by selecting the “Reassign” Link placing the reassigning approvers first initial, scrolling down for that users name, selecting the name and choosing the “Reassign” button. A comment will appear in Red showing reassigned to User X by User Y. • Any User has the ability to “Create FYI” by selecting the Link, typing in a portion of the person’s first name using an (*). Make a selection, add a comment, which appears on the CI Response Page. • The creator or PRA has the ability to “Complete” another user’s approval. Automatic comments will appear in the comment section saying who completed the approval. 1) 2) 4) 3) 2) 1) 3)

  5. Platform Search Functionality • Platform Search • Search on “Platform” from the drop down menu. • The user can search on Name, Platform ID, Launch Model Year, or Product Line. The user can than choose the appropriate link. To ensure you get all information related to you platform use an (*). • The window displays your search results based on their association to a Part or Document in all status levels. • The user can either View in PDF, Save as HTML, or use the filter that enables further Search criteria. • This will than generate a report which can be downloaded to excel and sorted. The report provides a link to a specific WCRS Document.

  6. Platform Copy Functionality – Administrative Use • Platform Copy Functionality Preformed by Program Managers or PRAs • Program Managers and PRAs have the ability to Copy a platform. From the Administration screen choose “Modify Platform, enter Platform to be copied (case sensitive), select “Search”, choose the “Update” link for the item to be copied, select the “Copy To New” button, change necessary fields, and then select the “Add” button. • Note: Fields with an “*” must be entered.
