  3. Success Indicators • Current • Senior Survey, Graduate Survey, Departmental Interviews • Consolidation of data, streamline survey process • Measures of success • Retention • Graduate Rates • Placement • Student Satisfaction • Teaching, involvement/activities, advising, etc.

  4. Strategy 1: Increase FTC involvement with SCE • All new FTC Students • Current: Based on FS2009 cohort, 70.2% retention rate • Goal: 75% or greater FTC retention rate

Strategy 2: Increase satisfaction with placement and career services • Percent of students who indicate they are satisfied with placement and career services on annual senior survey • Less than 50% of SCE seniors are satisfied with placement and career services (UMKC senior survey 2010) • Goal: 60% or more report satisfaction • Long term: 85% or more report satisfaction
