Be kind… • To yourselves – by using posture, hands on the home keys, feet on the floor, and sitting up straight • To your friends – by allowing them to do their work without interruption, keeping your hands to yourselves and using inside voices • To the computers – by tapping lightly on the keys and using the mouse gently, and by not touching the screens

  3. Be considerate… • Keep your hands clean. • Push your chairs in when we leave. • No food, drink or gum around the computers

  4. Think… • Raise your hand if you have a question • Use what you already know to try to figure out how to do something

  5. Be Patient… • Loading programs, starting the computer and printing documents take time. • If you keep clicking, you’ll end up with lots of programs open or lots of wasted pages printed. DO NOT PRINT UNLESS YOU ARE TOLD TO DO SO!!

  6. True or False • You should touch the computer screen. • Keyboards can be pounded on. • Food, drink, and gum are not allowed in the computer lab. • Call out when you have a question. • Keep clicking print until you see something come out of the printer.
