  2. Past and History • Founded in 1887 by the Iron Minister of Hungary • Training of railway officers (higher education) • Network of training centers and training shops all around the country • Monopoly at railway trainings

BGOK Today • 6 training centers • Training shops • ISO 9001:2001 Quality System • Internal trainings: 5650 persons in 2007 • 254 different training programs (railway based: ~180) • Adult education, vocational trainings, students summer practice, railway officers • Language courses for 1500 persons • Management trainings

  4. Future… or/and Present? • 1+2 loco simulators in August • E-learning development with railway know-how • SAP HR – LSO (training organisation and Learning Solution
