  1. Compression Testing Machine Aimil Series Compression Testing Machines are the finest of their types available. Their rugged construction and extreme simplicity makes it possible for even non- technical personnel to operate them with ease and complete dependability.

Features of Compression Testing Machine • High stability. • Self-aligning platen assembly. • Load Gauges are calibrated in kN against certified Proving Rings, traceable to NPL / NCCBM. • Suitable for testing cubes and cylinders of various sizes. • Using special platens, bricks can also be tested. • Logged data printing facility through a parallel port interface available in digital and micro controller based versions. • Calibration process accredited by NABL (National Accreditation Board for Laboratories). • Machines with CE mark also available, on special request. • Operator’s safety features like metal door with a Perspex window and overload tripping device are provided in all models.

Analogue Compression Testing Machine Key Features: • High Stability • Self-aligning platen assembly • Using special platens, bricks can also be tested. • Machines with CE mark also available, on special request. • Load Gauges are calibrated in kN against certified Proving Rings, traceable to NPL / NCCBM. Two main units of Analogue CTM: • Loading Unit • Pumping Unit • Manually Operated • Electrically Operated Analogue CTM is available in 50KN to 3000 KN ranges(50KN, 100 KN, 250KN, 500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN, 3000KN).

Portable Compression Testing Machine The equipment consists of a Loading Unit, an integral double acting manually operated pumping unit fitted to the base of the machine and a calibrated Load Gauge is fitted with the top. It has a detachable Hydraulic Jack. The hydraulic cylinder is placed on the base of the Loading Unit. • Specifications: • Capacity : 1000kN • Max Vertical Clearance : 350mm • Max. Horizontal Clearance : 220mm • Platen Size : 165mm Square • Piston Dia : 152.4mm • Piston Stroke : 25mm Portable CTM is available in 50KN to 3000 KN ranges(50KN, 100 KN, 250KN, 500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN, 3000KN).

Digital Compression Testing Machine Key Features: • Meets the key specifications of IS -516 & IS 14858, and other ASTM, EN and BS standards depending on platens and accessories chosen. • Automatic stress determination and display. • Overload safety protection. • Peak Load, Peak Stress, Unique Record No. is displayed. • EDI has provision to configure more than one Mode. • Dynamic Calibration • Data storage approx. 2000 records • CVT supplied to ensure constant voltage to digital indicator. Digital CTM is available in 50KN to 3000 KN ranges(50KN, 100 KN, 250KN, 500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN, 3000KN).

Micro Controlled based CTM is available in 50KN to 5000 KN ranges(50Kn, 100 KN, 250KN, 500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN, 3000KN, 5000KN).

Automatic Compression Testing Machine Key Features: • Fully Auto Controlled - Operable with EDI • Mode-4 runs with Mode-1 calibration. • Peak stress calculation based on sample type and shape. • Automatic Pace rate control to set value • Peak Load, Peak Stress, Unique Record No. is displayed. • Desktop Computer with licensed Windows 7 -64 bit • The Horizon Software is designed for 32-bit & 64-bit operating systems running Windows Vista, Windows 7 or • Windows 8. It does Not support Windows XP and below. Automatic CTM is available in 50KN to 5000 KN ranges(50KN, 100 KN, 250KN, 500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN, 3000KN, 5000KN).

Aimil Servo Controlled CTM is a fully automated version of manual/semi-automatic CTM’s having provision of stress & strain controlled loading.
