  2. The project is located 7.5 km east of Thika superhighway branching off East of Mang’u high school. It is also 5km south of Garrisa road within Thika municipality and 1.1km west of the Greater Eastern Bypass making it easily accessible not only to JKIA and Mombasa corridor but also the unhindered northern corridor.   4. Curved out from the 1,233acres of Kamuthi Ph. II, Buffalo Hills Leisure & Golf village occupies 355 acres of prime land suitable for the construction and maintenance of a golf course. The village is a controlled gated community offering residents a serine environment, away from the hustle and bustles of the city life.   5. Buffalo Hills Leisure & Golf Village is already surveyed and sub-divided into ¼ and ½ acre plots and selling is already in progress.
