Benefits/2 • 5.2 Tax Credits for Enterprises that finance employee training • 17.5% Tax Credits on costs incurred on wages, social security contributions and full costs of low- or high-end certifications • Tax credits repayable in 1 year • Employee must complete certification successfully • Applications from Malta Enterprise (http://support.maltaenterprise.com/myPotential) • Available until fiscal year 2008

Benefits/3 • 5.3 Tax Credits for Enterprises that employ qualified personnel • 100% Tax Credits on social security contributions of full-time employees qualified in high-end certifications • Tax Credits spread over a max of 3 consecutive years • Employment must be additional employment • Applications from Malta Enterprise (http://support.maltaenterprise.com/myPotential) • Available until fiscal year 2008
