T.N.D. • Everything we discuss is confidential. • Please do not use any names during our discussions. • Please do not make any judgmental comments. • Please get involved in all discussions. • Keep an open mind throughout the lessons.

Pre-Survey • Please be honest and open while taking the pretest. • Read each question carefully. • Circle only one answer for each question, unless the question asks for more than one answer. • Raise your hand when you have questions, or if there are any words you do not understand. • When you finish the survey, turn it over and sit quietly until the rest of the class finishes.
