I, Lily de Sousa, the creator of Lily de Brasil Moda Intima, recognized an obvious gap in the European market for sexy, revealing, and high-quality lingerie when on a trip to Athens Greece my suitcase was lost by a major American airline. I found it impossible to replace any of my intimate wear with items of the same (or anything even close) quality and the creativity of my native land. I also became very aware of the European woman’s fascination and desire to emulate the Brasilian woman’s way of life. With my intimate knowledge of what is to be a Brasilian woman, I have created this exclusive lingerie line. Please step inside, indulge yourself in the finest lingerie you will ever come across. The products on this site can be purchased, subject to availability, by people in any European, Latin American (South & Central America), and North American Country. Orders received before 12:00 noon (Sao Paulo time) will be processed the same day, while orders that are received after 12:00 noon will be processed the next day. Order that are received on Saturday or Sunday, or holidays will be processed the first day work resumes. Changing or modifying an order will be allowed so long as the order has not yet been processed. You can choose any delivery address you prefer: home address, office address or the address of another person. All orders are sent by recorded postage, which can be tracked and will required a signature upon delivery. This reduces the risk of your goods being lost. If for some reason you wish to exchange or return your order will happily do so or refund your money subject to Post and Packaging charges. LDBMI accepts returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will be happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unused and with all tags attached. Please ensure all panties, briefs, biquinis are tried over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on washed, worn or soiled items including makeup stains or any strong odours on any garments.THIS IS DUE TO OUR STRICT HYGENIC POLICY DUE TO THE SALE OF INTIMATE WEAR. Refunds and or replacements will only be made at the sole discretion of LDBMI after inspection of all items. We ask that you please give reason for retuning goods as this allows us to offer better customer service and/or products for future. We will not provide refunds without receipt. When we receive the returned items we will process your request for exchange and/or refund. If items are not in stock at the time or there is an unavoidable delay, we will offer you and alternative item or a refund.
