This photographer is not a risk taker but he wants to put up this business to share his craft to his future customers. Thus, he is thinking if he will buy all the photography paraphernalia or he will just lease. What is the best option you could provide to this type of client and in what payment scheme?

Client would like to pay by monthly. After reviewing their request our company recommend that the loan must be payable in compound interest payment scheme. Definition of Payment Scheme  The problem calls compound interest because the client is not a risk taker, he wants to have a small business

  6. Client is requesting to loan a total of Php 500,000. This amount is included from leasing machine that the client needs. As approved by our company manager, the client will pay a 8% compounded monthly. The loan is payable in 2 years and the client will pay their due every end of the month. COMPUTATION: S = P(1+i)n S = Php 500,000 (1+6.6667…)24 S = Php 500,000 (1.0066667…)24 S = Php500,000 (1.17288…) S= Php 586,443.97

During the clients rent application they stated that they are interested to lease (a) studio equipments and (b) studio space . This was approved by our company manager and the client was informed that the charged for the rental is Php 400,000. a. Definition of Payment Scheme In this case the client will rent a space and equipment for the client business. The payment is scheme is ordinary annuity; An ordinary annuity is a series of equal payments made at the end of each period over a fixed amount of time. While the payments in an annuity can be made as frequently as every week, in practice, ordinary annuity payments are made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. This willapply by monthly payment of the client.

  8. b. Computation The client agrees to pay Php 400,000 worth of a 2 years rental contract of the equipment and studio space. As approved by our company manager, the client will pay a 5% compounded monthly.

  10. IV. Conclusion Based on the client's capacity to pay their dues and client's request our company arrived in these conclusions: A. Php 500,000 Loan Our company's decision is to implement a compound interest payment scheme for our client to pay their Php 500,000 loan. The client will have a monthly due Php 24,435.17 if they will decide to start their payment after three months of receiving their loan. This monthly payment will yield to Php586,443.97 after 2 years. Thus our company's profit is Php 86,443.97. B. Php 400,000 Rent Agreement Our company decided to implement the ordinary annuity as the payment scheme for rental for 2 years. This will result to Php 12,900 client's monthly rent. After two years of rental the clients total payment is Php 309,600
