4. SERVICES • Benco has included in its curriculum several services for infrastructure of telecommunications. Inside the variety of what our company does, are mobile telecommunications via satellite in “turnkey” regime, projects that include civil works, Ar conditioner system, energy solutions and automation. Benco also has the expertise in the construction on EDP´s, including diversified communications networks with fiber optics and metal cabling.

CHRISTIAN VISION Full “turn key” of a television station with 5.500m², including 3 TV centers, 2 radio studio, one process center of a TV engineering, acoustic covering, sub-station, sets of generators, Ar Conditioner system, civil and architectural constructions and the whole operation and maintenance.

7. TELECOMUNICAÇÕES- VESPER Retrofit of a bulding with 7.400m² for implementation of an office and call center located in Macaé Rio de Janeiro. Supply and execution of bricklaying works, slab in co-pillar metal structure, reinforcement of the structure of the area for the chiller, several floors, dividing devices, sealing, general painting, sanitary ware for bathroom, furniture, frames , services in wood work, metal structure, hydro-sanitary and electrical installations.

In Benco´s scope are included: - Preventiveandcorrectivemaintenance in theenergyand ar conditioner system, supports centres installedand MSO (MobileSwitching Office).

13. TELECOMMUNICATIO - IGB ICO Complete constructionoftrackingstationofsatellite, includingoperationcenterof TELECOM andutilitiescenter (generator, no-break andsub-station).

14. EMBRATEL Works for civil construction and electro-mechanical assembly, with the supply and installation of systems for ar conditioner and mechanical ventilation and alarm of detection fire . Benco also is in charge of the group of generators, no-breaks, sub-station and automation of the ground station without interrupting activities.

16. GLOBOSAT Barra da Tijuca Rio de Janeiro Globosat is the main cable TV station in Brazil. In Benco´s scope are included the operation services, maintenance of the building system, automation and the supervising of the whole technical infrastructure system.

17. PETROBRÁS Maintenance services including refrigeration system, enginees operation and civil work in the Petrobrás center in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

18. SUPERVIA Maintenance of railway stations, enginees main room control and everything involving high and low electric pylon.

19. WORLD TRADE CENTER SP Thermal plant of 5.250 KW capacity, and enginees of 1,750 KW each of natural gas. Benco also does the maintenance, operation and control of the plant.

SHOPPING CITTÁ AMÉRICA Located in the heart of BarradaTijuca, Rio de Janeiro, this mall has a built area of 175.000m², 2mw of power installed, 800 TR of capacity of generation and a tanker of cold water to store until 4.800.000 liters. Benco´s services includes: - Management of electric, ar conditioner and hydraulic systems, civil works and the whole operations of the systems mentioned above.

21. CEB- CENTRO EMPRESARIAL BARRA SHOPPING Centro Empresarial do Barra Shopping is located in BarradaTijuca, Rio de Janeiro and has 11 comercialbulding in a 67.000m² area.
