Methods • Dates covered: 2/11 at 7am – 2/17 at 7am • One day cycle: beginning of Silver shift (Early on weekend) – end of Night Float shift • Data sources: • Censuses printed at 7am every day • Questionnaire asked of teams in AM after day cycle complete • Admission Triage sheet used to track admission evaluations, admissions, teams to which patient admitted • If discrepancies, censuses compared day of and day after
