  12. Grading • Grading Break Down: • A – 90- 100% • B – 80- 89% • C – 70-79% • F – below 70%

  13. Grading • Late Assignments • Each day it is late, 2 point deduction • Example: Students would have received 95% but handed it in 2 days late, they receive a 91% Extra Credit: Given to those who come out of their way to improve their grades.

  14. Current Events • Make real life connections • Across curriculum development • Any science related topic • No more than 30 days old • 1 page typed summary and opinion • Due every other Friday beginning October 3
