  2. What has changed? • Employees MUST elect new plans • Employees will not see check marks in previously elected boxes • Address changes done by HR staff ONLY

Where do I find help? • NIS and State Personnel websites • NIS work instructions • CIO Help Desk • WebBenefit flashes for quick updates • Statehouse Observer (remember the worksheet) • Vendor 800#’s for plan information • NSOB lab from Nov 13 – 20 (9 am – 4 pm) • New report available / OE Completion Status

Benefit plans • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska – Statewide PPO • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska – Statewide Consumer Driven PPO • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska – Greater Nebraska BlueChoice POS (Excludes 3-digit ZIP codes 685, 681, and 680) • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska – Greater Nebraska BlueSelect HMO (Excludes 3-digit ZIP codes 685, 681, and 680) • Mutual of Omaha – HMO in the following 3-digit ZIP codes: 685, 681, and 680 • Mutual of Omaha – POS in the following 3-digit ZIP codes: 685, 681, and 680 For the purpose of health insurance plan enrollment, the 3-digit ZIP code is employee’s residence ZIP.

  6. NIS Benefit clean-up • Run cleanup reports now • Benefit Enrollment Outside Group • All Dependents over Max Age • Dep/Beneficiary Missing Tax ID, Gender, DOB • Make corrections in NIS BEFORE OE • AFTER OE clean-up from Nov 27 – Dec 1 • Electronic vendor file sent by Dec 8
