This project outlines the construction of a single-story dwelling with a total square footage of 4,127.2 sq. ft. It emphasizes the use of sustainable building materials like cork flooring for insulation, fiberglass siding for durability, and environmentally friendly Durra panels for drywall. The layout includes one room per person for optimal studying and sleeping, with gender-divided bathrooms and a laundry room equipped with six washer/dryers. The project timeline guides through each construction phase, highlighting key tasks from site clearing to final finishes.
