  3. Find THREE • Know what the story is, in detail. • Read two (2) articles from weekly magazine or newspapers online only. • Copy one quotation from first article. • Write a paragraph summary of the second article. • Must be typed, Times New Roman, 12 pt font, and double spaced.

  4. Record For each source • the authors name inverted (if available). Only the first author’s name is inverted if the article has more than one author. • the title of the article in quotes. • the name of the publication underlined. • the date the article was published. • the word Web. • the date you visited the website.

  5. SOURCES MUST BE TYPED • Separate all six pieces of information by periods. • Capitalize all words in the author’s name, the article’s title, and the name of the publication (except articles and conjunctions unless they are five letters long or begin a name or title or follow a colon or semicolon). • Write out the first word in a title if it’s a number.
