  7. Tele-PD Programs • Discussion and Motion • The Committee supported the continuation of Tele-PD programs as one way of providing professional development for trustees. Members made several suggestions for improving and marketing the programs. • Moved that BCSTA makes a greater effort to inform and educate boards about Tele-PD and how it works and design a special kick-off program early this fall.   9. Campus 2020 • The Committee moved that the BCSTA Board contact the Ministry of Advanced Education for an update on the status of the recommendations of the Campus 2020 report. Prepared By Rob Goodall Senior Director Education

  10. Spring 2009 Academy • The Committee moved that it support the holding of the spring 2009 Academy and PC “back to back” but not overlapping. (February 2009) Prepared By Rob Goodall Senior Director Education

  11. BCCT & SJ 12 • Committee members discussed the BC College of Teachers draft standards (June 2007) and the Social Justice 12 curriculum and provided feedback to the BCSTA board for inclusion in official responses. Prepared By Rob Goodall Senior Director Education
