How to access your “Z” Drive. Right click on “ My Computer ”. Choose “ Map Network Drive ”. Choose “Z” from Drive menu. Type “\vienna.acc.winthrop.edu username ” (using your username) in the “ Folder ” box. Be sure to use “backslashes”!. Be sure “ Reconnect at logon ” is NOT checked.

  1. How to access your “Z” Drive

  2. Right click on “My Computer”

  3. Choose “Map Network Drive”

  4. Choose “Z” from Drive menu

  5. Type “\\vienna.acc.winthrop.edu\username” (using your username) in the “Folder” box Be sure to use “backslashes”!

  6. Be sure “Reconnect at logon” is NOT checked

  7. Click on “different user name”

  8. “Connect As” box appears

  9. Type “acc\username” in User name box Substitute your username. Be sure to use backslash. Don’t forget the “acc”

  10. Type in your Password and click “OK”

  11. Click “Finish”
