Unions Praise Programme Success: High Satisfaction and Key Insights for Future Participation

A recent review shows that 98% of unions believe the programme is good or very good, with most indicating they will participate again. Led primarily by staff, 90% of unions found the online workbook easy to use, and over 95% considered uploading evidence to be at least useful. The audit and evidence review processes were deemed appropriately rigorous, and communication and support have improved. However, a significant number of unions are unaware of the £1000 financial support available as part of the GIUC initiative.
