Whoever is caught will have himself to blame for his death which follows." Both Greek (above) and Latin versions of this warning were posted at regular intervals around the soreg (balustrade).

How did Jews understand the nature of the Davidic Messiah based on the prophecy in Isa 11:2?

And he sat down and began teaching the people from the boat. Matt 7:28: When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, for he was teaching them as one having authority, and not as their scribes.

How is the term mystery used in these passages?
