  2. Uji ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) merupa-kan pengujian dengan menganalisis vari-ans. Apabila pada uji-t jumlah sampel yg digunakan adalah satu atau maksimal dua sampel (variabel), maka pada uji ANOVA sampel/variabel yang digunakan lebih dari dua. Pada contoh berikut ini akan meng-uji 2 macam uji ANOVA, yaitu : a. Uji ANOVA satu arah b. Uji ANOVA dua arah

UJI ANOVA SATU ARAH • Uji ANOVA satu arah digunakan untuk menguji apakah ada perbedaan rata-rata lebih dari dua variabel yang bersifat bebas satu sama lainnya. • Contoh : Ujilah efek dari 3 macam merek obat penurun tekanan darah. Pasien dikelompokkan menjadi 3 macam, yaitu : pasien peminum obat merek A, pasien peminum obat merek B, dan pasien peminum obat merek C. Data yang dipe-roleh adalah sbb :

  5. Langkah-langkah : a. Input Data b. Klik menu Analyze, kemudian Compare Means, dan One Way ANOVA c. Masukkan variabel tekanan_darah pada kotak Dependent List d. Masukkan variabel pasien pada kota Factor (data katagori). Klik Options. e. Aktifkan pilihan Descriptive dan Homo- geneity of variance test. f. Klik Continue g. Klik menu Post Hoc

  6. Aktifkan pilihan Bonferroni dan Tukey. • Klik Continue • OK
