  3. BUT: Savoir différencier pathologie simple d’une pathologie menaçant le pronostic visuel Œil rouge, indolore sans BAV Œil rouge, douloureux sans BAV Œil rouge, douloureux + BAV

  4. ŒIL ROUGE, NON DOULOUREUX SANS BAV HEMORRAGIE SOUS CONJ CONJONCTIVITES

  5. HEMORRAGIE SOUS CONJONCTIVALE • bien délimitée • rouge uniforme = hémorragie en nappe - Disparaît spontanément au bout de 3 à 4 semaines

  6. HEMORRAGIE SOUS CONJONCTIVALE • Aucune cause spécifique • Hypertension ou diabète • Manœuvre de Valsalva ou à une toux importante SI RECIDIVANTE CONTROLER TA ET CRASE SANGUINE

  7. CONJONCTIVITES • Signes fonctionnels • Rougeur diffuse • Indolore ou sensation de grains de sable ou prurit • Larmoiement • Pas de BAV

  8. CONJONCTIVITES 3 grands types Virales : Adénovirus Très contagieuse Bactériennes : rare Allergiques : Contexte

  18. GLAUCOME AIGU PAR FERMETURE ANGLE • SUJET AGE • HYPERMETROPE • DOULEUR HEMI CRANIE++ • PHOTOPHOBIE • LARMOIEMENT • BAV • SIGNES DIGESTIFS • ŒIL ROUGE CERCLE PERIKERATIQUE • OEDEME CORNEE • CA ETROITE • SEMI MYDRIASE AREFLEXIQUE ++++++++ • TO ELEVEE : BILLE DE BOIS A LA PALPATION

  19. GAFA: TRAITEMENT • Urgence, hospitalisation en milieu spécialisé • Débuter rapidement TTT • Mannitol (IVR) ou Diamox (IVL) • Antalgiques • TT local: Pilo 2% toutes les 10 mn→ myosis puis 1g 3 fois / j jusqu’à IP ttt hypotonisant TTT de l’œil adelphe à programmer (pilo 1g 4 fois / j →IP)

  20. UVEITE ou IRIDOCYCLITE • DOULEUR • ROUGEUR • LARMOIEMENT • PHOTOPHOBIE • BAV • MYOSIS IRREGULIER+++++
