  1. Emergency Response Problems Expensive - $100,000+ Top down - Takes time to start up. EMS officials gather and organize resources. Exclusive – Are volunteers really looters? What are their skills. 911 has 250,000,000 calls / year in the US. Many are: Non- emergency Prank Exaggerated Lonely complaints

  2. Solution: Be Direct Resources should already be present, organized, and readily accessible. So when an emergency happens, action starts immediately by locals without 911. Advanced context defines scopes and privacy. Self configuring: tiny overhead, fast adoption. Frivolous claims muted by transparency. Best practices are readily available, even proactively suggested.

  3. Build On What Already Works CP is based on the provenIncident Command System Individuals, groups, and groups of groups and their resources are effectively integrated. “Events” are composed of roles with tasks and positions of leaders, liaisons, and members.

  4. Cost / Business Model Initially a one time flat fee of say $100. Then, free to events that don't offer dividends. Events that do pay dividends pay a small flat fee on transactions.

  5. Marketing Initial marketing is word of mouth. Schools, PTA's, CERT's, etc. still use pen and paper: When mentioning safety benefits to parents, they all blurt, “I want this!” FBI stats: Mass shootings nearly tripled in last 7 years. New York could save $2 billion if they used CP.

  6. Competition There are many entires in this area. Most are $$$, or ponderous, or vertical, or use centralized control. None are as flexible, yet concise, as CP.

  7. Team Me. I have good knowledge of systems, money, design, and psychology, web development. VC's shun single person efforts. Yet many breakthroughs were due to individuals: Leonardo da Vinci, Adam Smith, Einstein, Johannes Gutenberg, Benjamin Franklin, etc. This is not the 17th text app. Distilling organization of individuals and groups into a simple & fun platform for any mobile browser took 15 years.

  8. Status, Projections And Milestones 90% designed, 30% demoed, 20% coded. $50,000 & 4 months would produce version 1.0.

  9. Choice Replace 911 with something more direct and cheaper... Risk: $50,000. Reward: Many lives saved. https://www.castpoints.com http://cpology.wordpress.com Jeff Fitzmyers, MS 925-878-5790 z@castpoints.com NOV 2015
