Primary end users lead or influence decision-making processes linked to mechanisms to secure biodiversity or to avoid biodiversity loss This might include: (1) government protected area agencies planning a national protected area system; (2) an indigenous peoples’ group planning management of their territory; or (3) a mining company seeking to avoid operations in sensitive sites.
