Lodge Operations • What Does the Audit Committee Do? • Verify that required meetings are being held. • Verify that proper minutes are being kept and are signed by the Governor and Administrator after approval • Verify that Endowment Fund is being collected at each meeting. • Verify that Endowment Fund is being remitted to Moose Charities.
