  1. Russell County High School Practical Living and Career Studies Program Review Documentation

  2. Step 1 Look at your hard copy of the PL/CS Program Review

  3. Step 2 Determine the area and the demonstrator you need to file your evidence. • Curriculum and Instruction Demonstrator 1-10 • Formative and Summative Assessment Demonstrator 1-3 • Professional Development and Support Services Demonstrator 1-4 • Administrative/Leadership Support and Monitoring Demonstrator 1-3

  4. Step 3Go to the V Drive on your computer

  5. Step 4Open the Practical Living Career Studies folder

  6. Step 5Open the folder under which your evidence fits

  7. Step 6 Open the evidence documentation file

  8. Step 7Add your information to the report form

  9. Step 8Click on SAVE AS – DO NOT CLICK SAVE!!!!!!

  10. Step 9Add your name and description to file- then save

  11. Step 10Save the document on YOUR computer

  12. Step 11Save the document in your file on the V Drive

  13. Each PL/CS Teacher has a folder

  14. Be sure to SAVE YOUR EVIDENCE IN 3 PLACES! • In the correct demonstrator file • On YOUR computer • In your personal file under PL/CS Teachers on the V-Drive
