PRE-CLEARANCE • Partners in Compliance Program (PIC) Motor carrier safety program initiated in Alberta that rewards motor carriers with exemplary safety records. • The Department of Transportation has signed an MOU with the Alberta Motor Transport Association to expand PIC to the NWT. • The transponders used in the Deh Cho Bridge tolling system are also being used to support the PIC program in Alberta.
