About Conferences The following methods are available: • Scheduled conferences for setting up individual conferences that start immediately (On Going Conferences) or later (Reservations). • On-demand (reservation-less) conferences, that are set up once and used many times (Meeting Rooms and Entry Queues) Prepared By : Anas

Schedule Conference • Standard - a scheduled On Going Conference or Reservation that runs once and is deleted from the system once it ends. • Meeting Room - a conference that is defined once and used many times for unscheduled ad hoc conferencing. • Operator Conference - a special conference designated for operator usage in attended conferencing.
