  1. eContract Improvements • eContract revision fields are highlighted • eContract versions are date specific • Grant check box no longer needed – 90% rule. • eContract number available for entry on EPAF tying the two together • EPAF Friendly page within eContract • eContracts Lookup in the left menu includes more search options

  4. Create New EPAF Note: Hiring department creates EPAF

  5. Create New EPAF Click all jobs first.

  6. Create New EPAF Note: Use the next available suffix for the position. Use suffix 00 if the position number does not exist (display). If a position number does exist, use the next available suffix (i.e. 01).

  7. Create New EPAF

  8. Create New EPAF Note: Special Rate is the monthly pay amount.
