This information is sent to JFD • JFD inputs the information into SalesForce which automatically sends email notification to the sales representative JFD • 3. JFD then sends the information to the relevant Sales representative via email/phone • 4. Sales representative contacts lead within 24 hours of receiving lead SalesForce Sales Rep Customer 6.
