Three Domains • Domain Bacteria – unicellular, prokaryotic, thick cell walls with peptidoglycan, contains eubacteria • Domain Archaea – unicellular, prokaryotic, live in extreme environments, cell walls lack peptidoglycan - archaebacteria • Domain Eukarya – contains all eukaryotes in kingdoms – protista, fungi, plantae, animalia
