Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi AKTA IPTS 1996 TIADA PERUNTUKAN KHUSUS BERHUBUNG PELAJAR ANTARABANGSA • TANGGUNGJAWAB KETUA EKSEKUTIF • Seksyen 33 (a) & (c) Akta IPTS The chief executive shall, subject to the provision of this act and the constitution of the PHEI – • Exercise general supervision over the arrangements for instruction, administartion, day to day affairs, welfare and discipline in the PHEI and all its branches; • Submit to the Registrar General audited annual reports of the company in relation to the PHEI it has established; and • Provide such other information as may be required by the Registrar General from time to time for data collection. (1) In addition to Registrar General’s power under subsection 31(3), where a chief executive – • has failed to discharge the duty imposed upon him under this Act; the Registrar General may, after giving the chief executive an opportunity to make representations – (bb) cancel the registration of the chief executive Ministry of Higher Education
