Nursing Process Intended learning outcomes A: Knowledge and Understanding: A1: Describe the skills of critical thinking and the components of the nursing process. A2: Discuss the relationship between critical thinking, problem solving and nursing process. A3: Describe the process of developing nursing diagnoses collaborative problems, goals, and expected outcomes. A4: Discuss essential components of nursing care plan.
Nursing Process B: Intellectual Skills: B1: Recognize and apply appropriate principles relevant to nursing process. B2: Critically assess estimate and evaluate the data related to patients' health. B3: Exercise appropriate judgment in selecting and presenting nursing diagnoses, B4: Appraise the presented nursing diagnoses with NANDA.
Nursing Process C: Professional and Practical Skills C1: Plan and design a nursing care plan using nursing process as theoretical framework. C2: Recognize moral, ethical and safety issues while implementing the care plan.
Nursing Process General and transferable skills D1: Applying problem solving approach D2: Provide appropriate level of guidance to patient to maximize health out come. D3: Demonstrate abilities of communication skills with health team and patients in hospital setting and colleagues.
