SAP Easy Access • SAP Easy Access is the standard entry screen displayed after logon • The tree structured menu is the heart of visual navigation in SAP R/3 • In order to go to a transaction you need to browse through SAP easy access just like in you browse to click on a file in windows explorer

SAP Easy Access • You can also create a Favoriteslist of the transactions, reports, files and Web sites etc of your own. • You can add items to your favorites list using the Favorites menu option or by simply dragging & dropping them with the mouse.
SAP Help Use F4 for information on what values you can enter Use F1 for help on fields, menus, functions and messages. Online Help: http://help.sap.com
Transactions • Transactions is defined as any activity or action or function you perform in SAP • Each transaction is represented by a code • Transaction code (or T-Code) or Technical names are code names for each system function or action you can perform in SAP. (For example SU01 is a T-Code to update personal info)
