Also required on separate notebook paper: • A paragraph selling your town to prospective homeowners (this will be attached to your map at the bottom.) • Answer Q’s 1-5 on p. 403 • 1 acre = 209’ x 209’ (a little less than a football field) • Roads should be no wider than • Neighborhoods 1/10 wide • Connectors ¼ wide • Highways ½ - 1 wide
