  4. Improving Outcomes Drawing from a broad range of skills and perspectives, our experts create value by helping you make evidence based decisions We designed stability model(STaM) to provide a rich contextual understanding (RCU) of the regional complexity and multi-dimensional risk dynamics of the social, economic, and political environment. STaM has been applied to countries (Pakistan & Afghanistan) and is currently being applied to a MegaCity (Dhaka, Bangladesh) to assess city- and community-level socio-cultural factors impacting the stability of rapidly growing urbanized “megacities”. We designed a generalizable decision calculus that provides a menu of options and likely outcomes based on a variety of analytical models. The decision calculus can be applied on a variety of highly-complex decision-making problems. It has been used for various govt clients to help them understand the effects of proposed actions and strategies. 2011 www.nsiteam.com &www.nbi-innovations.com

  5. Enhancing Effectiveness Unlock the potential of people, companies, and societies to succeed, prosper, and grow We conduct barriers analysis for both commercial and government clients to help them overcome fear barriers that limit their organization’s ability to succeed, crush employee morale, and infuse frustration across the enterprise. As part of a major organizational restructure, our barriers analysis work has provided an intelligence community (IC) organization with an enhanced understanding on how to mitigate established barriers to mission success via an optimally aligned and structured organization. We incorporate the latest multidisciplinary research across the social sciences on what drives human behavior to help decision makers with high-level strategy and complex decision making problems. We have helped both government and commercial decision-makers increase their understanding and bottom lines using a variety of enhanced metrics about customer satisfaction, true underlying drivers of human behavior, and dignity and moral outrage. 2011 www.nsiteam.com &www.nbi-innovations.com
