Understanding Waves: Crest, Trough, and Thallium Toxicity

This lesson focuses on the properties of waves, specifically identifying the highest point (crest) and the lowest point (trough) of a wave. Additionally, we delve into the element of the day, Thallium (Tl), notable for its acute toxicity and potential use as a murder weapon. Symptoms of thallium poisoning include vomiting, hair loss, and delirium. Assignments include reviewing sections 23.1 and 23.2 and preparing for a quiz on chapter 23. Final exam is scheduled for June 14.
