  8. Current Initiatives Noncriminal Justice Outsourcing • Enables a third party to perform noncriminal justice administrative functions when acting as an agent for a governmental / authorized recipient • Establishes adequate security baselines for the noncriminal justice outsourcing contracts

Current Initiatives Qualification Requirements for Participation in the NFF Program • Requires that the FBI and Compact parties comply with minimum qualification standards while participating in the NFF Program • Establishes two sets of qualification requirements; state requirements and FBI requirements published in a separate notice

  10. Current Initiatives Compact Council Procedures for Compliant Conduct and Responsible Use of the III System for Noncriminal Justice Purposes Establishes a procedure for ensuring compliant conduct and responsible use of the III System for noncriminal justice purposes

  11. Current Initiatives Record Screening Rule Establishes criminal history record screening standards for criminal history record information received from the III for authorized noncriminal justice purposes
