As an administrator, my focal point will continue on be on each individual child’s strengths and weaknesses based on a variety of continuous assessments to ensure the success of all students.

I make every effort to instill a love for learning in my students as well as in my colleagues. As educators we must strive to continue our focus on professional development and base our instruction and leadership goals on current data and best practices
