  2. Sintomatología • Mutismo • Aislamiento • Atimia • Hipervigilancia • Suspicacia • Ansiedad • Hiporexia • Pérdida de peso • Hipersomnia • Astenia • Alogia - lenguaje empobrecido • Anhedonia • Catatonia • Alucinaciones auditivas • Agitación - acatisia • Conciencia de enfermedad

  3. Diagnóstico diferencial (1) Depresión • Anhedonia – atimia • Pérdida de peso • Hiporexia • Hipersomnia • Agitación • Abatimiento • Deterioro social/laboral • Alucinaciones Esquizofrenia • Alucinaciones • Catatonia • Alogia • Disfunción social/laboral

Diagnóstico diferencial (2) • Los síntomas psicóticos han estado presentes solamente cuando el joven se observó bajo la influencia de los síntomas que satisfacen los criterios de Trastorno depresivo mayor • Existe un antecedente de TD en la familia • El usuario responde favorablemente a la medicación antidepresiva
