Recruitment Process CVC Colombia

This document outlines the recruitment process for 12 pre-selected CM candidates in Colombia by CVC. Phone interviews with candidates will start on May 9, 2014, followed by site visits to seven proposed watersheds from May 14-21. Final selection of candidates and campaign sites is scheduled for the first week of June. Notable watersheds involved include La Paila River, Guabal, and Dagua. A July to January recruitment phase will pre-select an additional 14 CM candidates, emphasizing continuous engagement and numerous workshops throughout the process.

Calendar • 2nd week – Final selection of 7 CMs. • 4th week- Shipment of papers to UTEP. • 2nd week – Pre-university phase workshop. • 1st week – CVC delivers CV and papers of 14 pre-selected candidates to Rare • 2nd week – Phone Interviews. • 4th week – Recruiting Workshop. • 4th week – Start of First University Phase
