The Swansea Coast Creating Opportunities and Skills Team has engaged over 300 participants across 10 ongoing projects, providing structured education and employment opportunities. We offer a range of services, including training courses, personal development sessions, and employment skill development. With a focus on integration and collaboration with local educational establishments, we also provide driving lessons, health courses, and job-search support. Currently, we have 10 active projects, with 4 more launching by year-end, enriching the community and creating numerous success stories.

Swansea Coast Services We currently offer: • 10 work projects currently up and running, with a further 4 becoming operational before the end of the year. • CCOS training courses • Various in house courses - soft skills & personal development • Various in house OCN courses • Liaison with local educational establishments for courses • Driving lessons/assessment • Health and fitness courses and classes • Employment Skill Development • Job Search Skill Development • Travel Training • Benefits advice • Disability aids
Current Developments • Integrating existing projects • Pan Disability working • Revised Referral System • Exit Strategy • Development of methods of working through project management methodology. • Liaison and joint working with other ESF/non ESF projects.
