Note to the teacher • Using this slideshow with manipulatives (counters or tiles) will help reinforce the concepts of multiplication and division. • Each student should have about 65 counters or tiles to model the problems in this slideshow. • Guide students through the problems, circulating the room to see that each student is displaying manipulatives that correspond to the problems.
