2. About T&T JSC “Technics and Technology” has been on the market since 1994. At present T&T is a holding that consists of 8 main companies: • T&T Electronic components • T&T Electrotechnical Equipment • T&T Waste Water Treatment • T&T Motors • T&T Telecommunication • T&T Furniture (based on “Vector” factory) • T&T Metal cutting and welding machine (“Granit”) There are more than 100 people working for T&T.

6. T&T Electronic components T&T Electronic components is the first company in T&T, it was founded in 1994 and at the moment it is the biggest company in T&T. The company is responsible for selling all basic types of electronic components to a great number of customers (designing bureaus, factories, etc.) all over Russia and CIS countries. T&T Electrotechnical Equipment T&T Electrotechnical Equipment (T&T Electro) was founded in 2003 according to the company’s development plan to improve cooperation with T&T customers in the field of electrotechincs. Since its foundation T&T Electro has polished contacts with leaders in this field in Russia. T&T Waste Water Treatment (T&T WWT) was founded in 2003 as a new business in T&T aimed to sell equipment for cleaning water to a great number of companies like restaurants, car washers, industry enterprises and also for private sector. T&T WWT offers equipment of Fortex (Czech Republic), Tehnosfera(Russia) and design services to its customers.

T&T Motors T&T Motors is responsible for sales of motors for a great number of applications starting from simple devices like coffee-grinders and ending at sophisticated systems with high precision requirements like robots. 11. T&T Telecommunication T&T Telecommunication (T&T Telecom) was founded in 2004 to offer such services as VOIP (Voice over IP) and internet-access to corporate clients. After the system was successfully launched T&T switched all its calls and needs in internet to T&T Telecom. Since its foundation T&T Telecom has rapidly developed its services and after one year included telecom equipment sales in its activities. The services offered by T&T Telecom are able to fully satisfy all major types of customers: corporate clients, private clients and building companies or investors. 12. T&T Furniture T&T Furniture was founded in 2000 on the base of a factory “Vector”(Pskov city) which T&T bought in 1998. Since its foundation they managed to develop their manufacturing facilities to the level that makes them capable to produce a wide range of furniture. There are 5 major types of furniture that T&T offers on the market: • Furniture for houses (chairs, tables, wardrobes, shelfs, etc.); • Kitchens; • Office furniture (office desks, chairs, partition pieces, reception desks, etc.); • Furniture for advertising (show-windows); • Upholstered furniture (sofas). Furniture of T&T is available in grand supermarkets of furniture in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Pskov.

T&T Metal cutting and welding machine “Granit” T&T proudly presents the product of joint efforts of T&T and its partners “Iveststroi Ltd” and SMF “Granit” – metal cutting and welding machine “Granit”. This machine is dedicated for figure cutting of low-carbon and alloy steels as well as nonferrous metals and their alloys using plasma cutting technology. Along with that this machine can cut ferrous metals using gas-oxygen cutting technology. The machine can be ordered with special requirements which would satisfy all specific customer needs. The installation of this machine does not require any basement. There are two basic types of this machine: 3-coordinates and 5-coordinates.
