Enhancing Educational Outcomes through Data Triangulation in Professional Development

In January 2007, the Springdale School District implemented professional development focusing on data triangulation to inform instructional practices. Participants, organized by district, school, or grade-level teams, will utilize the Data Triangulation Summary Sheet to analyze various data sets. They will identify needs through the Student Achievement Data, Self-Reflection Data, and CWT PDA reports. By synthesizing these insights, educators can pinpoint professional learning needs, ensuring targeted and effective strategies are developed for improved student outcomes.
