Spacing Concept • Spacing is a route concept that can be used in both the quick game and the five step route attack. • It is the design of the spacing concept to distribute four receivers in position that spaces the defense so that one of the two options are available. • Easy access our “X” receiver deployed on the front side. • A three on two match up between our three backside receivers and the two outside and underneath pass defenders.

  10. Reading Access Game plan and film study will determine if control cloudy access. Backside is always a solid bail out. Route determined by game plan. Access is cloudy. A Frontside access is cloudy control with eyes – backside back side is always a safe option.
