  2. Global situation Asnières-sur-Seine is located in the department Hauts-de- Seine. It´s near Paris (only 2km north west from Paris) as well as near the strategic poles of La Défense, the Port of Gennevilliers and the plain of Saint Denis. Two main goals: -To succeed in developing the area, in order to reinforce its assets, and include it in the dynamic of the Grand Paris. -To create a new district that would be dense, mixed, animated and capable to bring a urban coherence to a built environment considered as uneven and irregular.
